Overview

Delphi is an integrated CRM tool that allows hotel sales managers to quickly send an RFP to Blockbuster for a recommended group rate.

Problem

• Duplicate data entry — sales managers currently re-enter data that already exists in their CRM, creating inefficiency and error risk
• Slow RFP response time — the lack of integration between Delphi and Blockbuster increases the time it takes to respond to a group RFP
